NFL veteran run position specific work.
Our prep athletes will focus on:
- NFL level run and pass game footwork.
- Proper strike techniques.
- Hip flexibility and strength at appropriate hip levels.
- Line assignments at all three positions. Be ready to play left, play right, pull and snap.
- Bull rush and defensive line technique (swim, spin, etc.).
- Proper route running, stem and handwork for WRs.
- We will review your film and address your needs as
an individual on the field.
