Progress Tracking & Injury Prevention

We track everything our athletes do, and use detailed analytic reports to provide better training programs for our athletes. This includes muscular balance charts to make sure that we are providing effective and balanced training programs, as well as performance tracking.

For Athletes:

Current Athletes: Talk to your coach - we are likely already tracking your training. Get access to all of Elite Speed's exercise library and training regimens.

New Athletes: Our certified coaches provide remote programming. If you can't come to Elite Speed, we can use the app to write programs, analyze your training, and biomechanically assess your videos.
